Dimar's Carbide Inserts Straight bit is recommended for side routing that is, penetration into the side of wood for Beading, Grooving or Slotting and Dado operations. Durable CNC machined metal bodies have been redesigned for improved rigidity. Since the tool never requires sharpening, the diameter remains constant. 

  • Two flutes balance the bit, eliminating vibration that degrades the cut finish and yield a smooth surface. 
  • Cuts most composite materials, plywood, hardwoods, and softwoods. 
  • Use on CNC, Hand-held routers, and table-mounted portable routers. 
  • Bits are supplied in a protective box with the needed key.

    These blades look well made. Unlike the ones I ordered elsewhere whose welds broke, were poorly aligned during welding and were miss-packaged wrt their stated length. The ones from these people have welds that are straight and are hard to distinguish from the parent material after weld cleanup...
