Steps For Getting Your Tools Sharpened!
1) Using the filters above identify and select an item you wish to have sharpened
2) Adjust quantity and click “Add To Cart”
3) If adding more items click “Continue” and repeat the above steps
4) On the last item click “Checkout”
5) Fill out the “Customer Information” in the Checkout
a) Once your address is populated, the cart will calculate shipping for both directions (to and from the factory)
6) Select your preferred shipping method (the cart will default to the cheapest available)
7) Complete payment and click “Confirm Order”
8) You will be emailed instructions for preparing your items for pick up
Your turn around time will be the shipping time you select in the checkout (X2) plus 2-5 days

FREE Shipping After $100
All end mills order over $100 ship for free! For smaller size orders, we use Live Rates from major couriers and Canada Post. You will always have the option to pick the service level and carrier for your order. Express/Air shipment will be charged a shipping rate and will not be included in the free shipping program.

In step (2) of the checkout you will see the shipping method options. The shipping methods offered in this section are dynamic and are based on your delivery address. Of course, the free shipping option is available to any order over $200!
Shipping to the United States
Most orders shipped from Canada to the United States are sent under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. This means your order total is intended to include the cost of products, shipping, and any applicable import duties, tariffs, or taxes charged by U.S. Customs. In most cases, no additional charges will be due upon delivery.
Due to the evolving nature of international trade policies, tariffs, and customs regulations, Skookum Tools Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where import duties, tariffs, shipping costs, or other cross-border charges become excessive, impractical, or materially different from those quoted or anticipated at the time of purchase. In such cases, the customer will be notified and any payment received will be fully refunded.
Order Cancellations
We understand plans can change. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at 1-888-665-6936 After 24 hours, your order will begin processing and can no longer be canceled.
Our primary goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase!
However, we do understand that sometimes thimgs don’t go quite right with an order so here is what you can expect from us
- If a product is defective or damaged, we back all products with a 100% guarantee. Please send us an email with a description of the problem and if at all possible, attach a photo that shows the issue and we will work with you to find the best possible solution in your circumstance.
- If you made an error and received the wrong product, we are happy to refund you as long as you return the item(s) to us via pre-paid shipping. Please complete the “Product Return” form on the following page to request a return: Click Here
- The only exception to the return policy is for Custom Made products. These items, since they were manufactured specifically for you, are not returnable. So please make sure you are ordering the exact product you need when placing an order for custom or made to order products.
- If an order is refused due to unpaid tariffs, it may be returned at the customer’s expense or considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued for abandoned packages.
